Court rulings that negatively affect asbestos victims are becoming more and more common. These rulings continually accent the need for legislation to help the victims of asbestos seek justice in court. Instead, the trend has been for our legislators to pass laws that change the playing field and make it more difficult for asbestos victims to bring their cases to court, doing so under the guise of "fairness." However, making it more difficult for asbestos victims to bring their cases to court sure doesn't seem fair to those that are suffering at the hands of asbestos.
