We were DC4Dean back in the day, and now we are DC4D, DC For Democracy, trying to get Congressional representation in Congress. I live in D.C. and have no vote in Congress! Aargh! All we have is a non-voting Delegate, Eleanor Holmes-Norton. We almost had one House vote last week, but the gun-nut lobby tried to shove their will upon us DC citizens by repealing all the laws that we have passed to control guns in our city. sigh....

As a DFA member I recall when that group was formed. Also the Music for Democracy group that is mentioned.

Great video. What day was that? I know DFA itself was formed March 18, 2004, exactly one month after Dean left the race.

2. The day the video was made....
....June 10, 2009. DC4D was formed June 10, 2004.
