Since the day that the first round of stimulus funds were proposed last fall, CEOs from some of the largest companies in America have been lining up in Washington with their hands out, in true Oliver Twist fashion saying "Please sir, I want some more." And the worst part about this is that Congress was more than happy to oblige, and has passed all sorts of bailouts and stimulus packages that give trillions of dollars to corporations with no accountability, no oversight, and almost no guidelines.
