Schultz: If Obama doesn't deliver on health care and jobs he could be a one-term wonder.

Dramatics don't work.

So Obama's not perfect. So what? America still likes our President.

Deal with it.

3. Regardless of what America still likes, they're getting shafted
Continued the War on Drugs
Continued Government Secrecy and Censorship (the torture pictures, for instance)
Continued use of Signing Statements
Continued Warrantless Wiretapping
Continued DADT
Escalated the War in Afghanistan
Promised no prosecutions for war criminals (reversed Nuremberg)
Eying preventive detention
Refused to consider the only health care plan that works
Helping Wall Street at the expense of everyone else

Deal with that!

9. You deal with it Ben...

All the points you made are of NO importance to me. That means that EVERYONE does not share your point of view. (or your dogma)

But I respect you and your opinion.

4. Wow!!! I'm with Ed Schultz. He's talkin' straight from the heart.
That's what I like about him. It's all about jobs. The trade agreements have to be renegotiated. Why are interest rates so high when you try to get a loan and so low on your money in the bank? There is a disparity there that makes no sense. It's bad for the economy. It's like a you are on a narrow road. There is a fire on the trail behind you and boulders on every side. The only way out is forward and to me that means renegotiating trade agreements so that the U.S. gets a fair deal.

6. I like Ed
He said he was pleased with Obama and takes the man at his word. Just like I do. He then goes on to discuss serious issues that have not been directly addressed as yet but could be later. I have to agree with everything he said. The worries he has are the same ones I do and he's right. Obama and the democrats got a mandate. If they ignore it or throw us under the bus it will result in loss of support. Already has in a small degree. We have to voice our support for adherence to campaign promises. A good thing. So republicans and democrats can see we're done with corporate socialism and greed.

We're being patient but diligent. Nothing wrong with that. Democrats do not vote against their best interest the way republicans do for the sake of the party. We expect what they say to be what they mean. Meanwhile we will give him room to decide which is first on his plate..but he can't shove the rest into the trash can..at least not without a damn good explanation.

8. Typical Democrats. You would never hear that from Republicans on Bush
How about helping push his agenda? Who needs Hannity when you have so called Progressives mentioning One Term?

12. As you say: Republicans are goose stepping frauens.
Democrats like to criticize who they love, and there is no issue in this.

Ed is right: if the people who supported him do not get what they hoped he would give them, they will turn away from him.

That's constructive criticism from a friend, that's what it is.

11. Ed is my man ...
He made it not by who he knows but by being very stubborn and educating himself a lot on all the issues.

He is also a former conservative and has appeal to many conservatives for just who he is and the way he talks.

I like Cenk as much, but Cenk on MSNBC would not have filled the same demographics as Ed, and would have been a little bit of the same thing as Olbermann.

Cenk will make it to prime time eventually, just you wait.
