Resigning due to policy differences after spending two years as ambassador to china, then running in 2012 anyway having gained the extra foreign experience as Cenk pointed out, criticizing Obama from the experience of being part of his administration instead of the typical "I'm repug, I hate Obama, he's bad" stance they usually take and knocking away any advantage Obama might have gained.
