1. Results of torture the exact opposite of what Cheney claims.
Former FBI agent Soufan a very credible witness IMO.

Statement of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity on Torture .... Matthew Alexander,

MEMORANDUM FOR: The President
FROM: Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity
SUBJECT: Torture

We strongly urged the former president to widen the discussion on Iraq “beyond the circle of those advisers clearly bent on a war for which we see no compelling reason and from which we believe the unintended consequences are likely to be catastrophic.” VIPS’ second pre-war Memorandum for the President was titled, “Forgery, Hyperbole, Half-Truth: A Problem” — a reference to the bogus intelligence we saw being ginned up to “justify” war.

Lindsay Graham, “forget about it” defending the un-defendable we made mistakes, lets just move on, International Law was not for the most powerful administration in the history.

We broke more laws or changed more laws in 8 years to do what ever we dam well pleased and now you want to hold us accountable, how dare you question are total power?

My Sarcasm of what the BushCo Thought/Thinks!

3. Not as far as Lindsay Graham is concerned.
You could get a hundred of the most qualified military and FBI interrogators up there, who all said torture didn't work, and he'd still insist that Abu Zubaydah would have given up the OBL the 84th time.
