Well, that WOULD be a sight to see. But even then, if there were the most remote possibility that Cheney would ever appear with Rachel, he still would never answer such questions. Either he would plead the Fifth, invoke national security or his tortured logic that the Veep's office isn't ever accountable to anyone, including the US citizens he is supposed to be serving, and he would just go with his prepared script.
