Definitely a very heated discussion when Buchanan started spewing CIA / Cheney conspiracy theories, Not sure I have ever seen O'Donnell get so disgusted.
I can certainly see Cheney setting things up for an "I told you so" , I warned you, you should have listened to the smartest man on earth......now make me king response.

it is impossible to realease ALL the memos because of actual real national security information but we are going to be hearing "Why didn't they release ALL the memos" for a long time.

7. Cheney's fighting

People fight for one reason..survival. He knows he signed off on these "EIT's" that Bush didn't know the entire story on. If the airing of evidence continues it will bring Bush down with him. It came out not too long ago that everything that came into Bush's office he referred to Cheney except for the last year. Things had cooled between them because the country was so sick of them. Especially Cheney. Remember the Martha Radditz interview when she told Cheney that more than half the country believed Iraq wasn't worth it and Cheney replied "so?" Cheney's not as cocky now as he was then. Now he's angry..and with Obama. They didn't get the cover they needed for going into Iraq by using torture to gain a false confession. No one to lay the blame on. Wait till the pictures come out and the new memo is released that kpete posted yesterday. I bet it was Cheney who told the CIA to destroy the 92 interrogation tapes.

9. I was afraid MSNBC was going to fire O'Donnell a few months ago

when he got Morning Schmoe's underoos in a wad for saying the Republican party disdains intellectualism. Thank God they didn't, and that they allow him to be who he is. They even let him fill in for Ed Schultz last week, so I think the network realizes what an asset they've got and that he merits combat pay for calling out Buchanan.

Having said that, I must say that it has always been hard for me to listen to or watch much of Cheney. He has always turned my stomach. But it's vital now because the man is truly dangerous. He is not on a tour to rehabilitate his reputation. He's certainly not out there to burnish Dubya's legacy. Cheney looks like a man who's doing a dress rehearsal for his appearance as a defendant in the dock at the Hague, betting that the current administration will never have the guts to book him on a flight to Holland. Just in case, Lynne is furnishing a domicilio high in the Andes to which he can escape the long arm of the law and watch on CNN International as al Queda bombs the U.S. of A. back to the Pleistocene Age. Just like he planned. No need to pack a cyanide capsule because he'll never be taken alive.
