2. Well, that *was* 1993.

The Republicans have become quite good at saying "no" and breaking records for filibusters since then. Granted, it probably won't matter at this point, but it's the thought that counts.

PS---It's hard to watch a 6.5 minute video within 4 minutes of it being posted. I'm not saying anything, I'm just sayin'.
