In my opinion more light needs to be shone on the false confession roots of our 'enhanced interrogation methods.' As far as I know, Cenk is just about the only one pointing that out. So far anyway.

The question "Well then, what IS torture?" is a good one to ask Newty and all the other who don't think Waterboarding and smashing heads and all the other stuff is indeed torture. Well what is then. Give us an example of "real" torture, please. Crucifixion maybe?

This debate on "What is Torture?" is way more ridiculous than "what the definition of "is" is" (BTW, look up "to be" in the dictionary and you'll see the definition of "is" is very complicated and varied)
