and so is slamming them up against a wall by a neck collar. There's an article that stated the waterboarding was used differently in some cases where breathing was obstructed in a different way from Sere training(military program) In the CIA case they used volumes of water to cover the mouth and nose and it's not used that way in the Sere. SERE means Survival,Evasion,Resistance and Escape.
So we are hearing that what was done was the same as what our soldiers go thru..but that's not exactly accurate.
