pathetic the way they frame the debate ... makes is sound like we were banging a few heads and playing loud music.

5. they say 'a couple of the techniques worked in cases' without saying whether legal ones would've too

it's all BS - you don't do it 'in select case' because then you do it - period. i would like someone to hear how they feel about those techniques being used on American soldiers in captivity elsewhere - is it okay for each and every one of them? would they, themselves, like to authorize the techniques on their own children and grandchildren if held captive.

of course they won't answer such questions. they are in denial
