4. Remember how Dinah Shore loved Burt Reynolds? Back when Reynolds was gorgeous.

he had to move on because she was too old for him.

Yeah, Dinah was cool. AND a feminist. She sponsored those women's golf tournaments because she was athletic and remembered the times when women weren't permitted at the clubs.

I'm still mad that Nabisco took her name off the women's golf tournament at Mission Hills in Palm Springs.

She wrote some fabulous cookbooks too. Look for them in used book stores.
