Mike Gallagher honors his wife's memory by ignoring her wishes, giving into his own cowardice & getting a gun.

Lars Larsen advocates armed rebellion against potential govt "gun-grabbers".

And the mouth-breathers in the gungeon say "Yep, that's right! That's wut I woud dew."

2. Yes, they are sick, but what I want to know is where is

the secret service or other law enforcement? It is clear to me that they are inciting violence. Isn't that against the law?

3. Cenk had a great way of putting it IMO...

There's a clip (I may or may not post depending on how the day goes as I don't want to hog the video section homepage) of Glenn Beck fighting back against charges that his dangerous rhetoric is, well, dangerous.

Cenk beautifully compared Beck not to someone yelling "fire" in a crowded theater, but rather someone running into an insane asylum and yelling "they're coming to get you! Grab your guns, they're coming to get you!".

They really are testing the limits of free speech saying these things on national television (Fox News I mean). But I'm very hesitant to say they shouldn't have the rights to say them. Rather I think we need to shine a BRIGHT light on these nuts and their violent speech, and hopefully make the majority of America realize what they're doing, intentionally or not.

Because I don't listen to any of these radio shows, or watch Faux, TYT is the only way I get to hear about what they're spouting and I doubt I'm the only one.

I share Cenk's concern and hope that it doesn't end up the way we all fear it might. There they go again, using that tried and tested fear tactic. The question remains, what do they hope to achieve by using it this time? Do these nut cases really think they can take on SWAT teams & the US military, if that's what it came to?

The thing is, some guy PM'd me the other day on another site, a hugely pro-gun guy. I posted that same question to him, i.e. does he really think his little pea shooter is going to stand up to tanks and bombers?

He said YES, shotguns and other rifles would help with a ground battle. Never mind that there are TANKS and GRENADES and MISSLE LAUNCHERS on the ground.

Does anyone wonder why the Obama is defending Warrantless Wiretapping anymore? At this point, considering that this seditious rhetoric is only now coming to the surface in the media, one would have to imagine that the Government is paying attention to this development.

As the systems of control through consumerism based on a fraudulent economic system break down, however flagrantly propped up by Geithner, Summers and all of the rest of the Money-Changers that bought their position in the Obama Administration, it is wise for the Administration to hunker down, hand out free hanks of rope, and let the disgruntled, poorly educated, and other trolls whose lives have no meaning become pawns in the dangerous game of "Armed Revolt". No meaningful change has ever occurred from armed insurrection, because the people leading the charge eventually find that they are in the same predicament as the regime they replace through force. When this realization comes to the surface, they find the solutions too difficult, and slide back into the most expedient method of control, such as Authoritarianism, social cleansing, economic control, rampant Nationalism, and all the other methods to divide people against one another.

The true change comes from movements like the one initiated by Gandhi, which demonstrates that the political forces that divide people can be nullified by simple cooperation of the people that actually produce something. The ruling class can kill a few dissidents, such as they did in India, but after a while, when the sytem stops functioning, it becomes totally unproductive, and the system must change.

Gandhi was so successful, he was assassinated for it. Martin Luther King was in the same vein, but our political base was even more fearful of him, so he was assasinated as well. These methods may serve their purpose for a time, i.e. the removal of a leader, but eventually people are fed up at getting screwed over and over again.

The Republicans are following the same pattern of trying to foment violent opposition, which they know is easily subverted, because violent opposition rarely takes the time to think of the cost of ownership in the case they win. If they do, the movement is hijacked by the same big money interests, and corrupted all over again, usually with an Iron Fist because of the newly created base of chaos.

This pattern is as old as Civilization. The republicans are counting on the success of No Child Left Behind, and the educational systems failure to teach critical thinking to that latest generation of people to allow a large enough batch of sheep to fall for a quick fix, which is much more preferrable than actually having to think about real solutions.
