1. These kinds of people are just unstable
And these days there are just a whole lot of them out there, and it concerns me that they are out there walking around among us as free persons. Mark my word, before this is over there will be at least one or more of these yahoos who are going to get it in their head that they were ordained by God or something to save their country and innocent people will die. That is just the nature of these crazies and hopefully someone in authority is keeping an eye on them. This clip should really be forwarded to the F.B.I.

The only thing missing in this clip is bozo-head here swilling some Budweiser down.

2. I couldn't watch it very long. What a nutbag. You can tell the mentall illness
in the way he talks.

I also love how he uses the constantly used salvo of the rightwing - "It's all documented!"

But they never say where.

Liberals and other intelligent people, when they make a footnote, actually provide information that can be tracked and hunted down for verification. The rightwing just like to say "This is footnotable!" which to them is apparently just as good as actually providing a footnote.

27. I can attest to that
A friend of mine form high school grew up to be a real blue-blooded neocon, and he would argue the same way. When he would present a "fact" which I questioned, he would claim to have 'researched it'. Whether this meant that he had actually read it in a book or that he had heard it from more than one conservative talk show host would never be specified. He would also claim that he 'talked to lots of people from all walks of life'. Where these conversations took place was at his job selling time shares in Branson. Real cross-section of America there. :sarcasm:

The moral of the story?
Right-wingers' arguments tend to crumble if you insist on sources for their 'facts'.

3. Can't quite watch it now, but I wonder if he has kids.
Typical Dittohead demographic: white, 50+, unmarried/divorced, and no kids/never see them.

Basically, someone who is leaving no legacy behind but has an unhealthy attitude about the future of the nation.

6. I know this guy
He's the guy who gets a cup of coffee at work and jumps into any conversation just to get his two cents in.

You know him. He's the one that came up to you and your coworker at 8:30 last Monday when you were telling your coworker about your nice weekend with the kids at the beach. He said, "Well you can kiss those vacations goodbye because Obama is going to destroy our economy so much that you won't even have the money to walk out your back door!"

You know him. He's the guy who tries to catch any eye in the grocery store so he can complain about food prices.

You know him. He's the guy at church who turns all conversations around to how the Islamofascists are going to kill all of us.

You know him. He's the blowhard who just has to talk. He just has to tell everyone how he feels. He's also the guy who has no flippin idea what the hell he is talking about.

You see, no one would listen to him any more so he put up a video on Youtube.

They fit the Rush Limbaugh Dittohead demographic (see post Above).

They give 50+, white males, hs education only, divorced/single, no kids/never see them a bad name.

"That guy": The creepy guy who brags constantly about having a huge number of firearms (yet only 2 trigger fingers)and demands to be taken seriously to as an authority figure in any/every academic subject that works in your office that has been lock stepping with whatever Rush has said since 1984. You know "that guy". He's still single and has no kids. Woman avoid him like the plague. All he talks about are his taxes...incesantly. He has had to file for bankruptcy twice but considers himself an economic expert. You want to have a decision making process like "that guy"???

20. Holy Cow, man. You have me psyched.
Yeah, I totally know this guy. Your description was spot on. So.....100,000 of people just like him going to washington on a one way ticket? I can definitely get behind that

I would love for him to be somewhere in the middle like number 53,205, so he doesn't even get a chance to become that martyr he is hoping to be. I am sure that he pictures himself on a shrine somewhere after the event. He probably expects to be the topic of conversation at all the truck rallys too. Maybe they will even have a moment of silence at the beginning of the monster truck show in honor of "Billy Bob" who saved the economy. :)

The reality is that he wouldn't even be the first guy there. All talk. I was having a conversation with somebody a while back who was spewing the same level of crap about 911 and actually wished that another 911 would happen to bring the country together again. Fucking unbelievable. So I congratulated him for being so quick to offer up his own life for his beliefs. After all, if another 911 did happen, I suggested that he would want to be among the dead. But, just like this guy, he did not think the idea of another 911 was so great if he was one of the ones that was actually killed. Technically, he never admitted that, but I can see how that changed things quite a bit.

22. Yes! He's the one who blamed Obama for a sixteen year old kid beating a bus driver.
The one who makes 40 thousand a year and is talking about his taxes going up. Facts be damned.

12. In defense of the wingnut
:hide:

Okay, okay, he's nutty as a fruitcake. No argument there. I would like to point out however, that this guy is advocating for protest without weapons. Sort of. He wants to 'threaten to kick the doors down' to congress. But he does say explicitly that he wants a big crowd of unarmed people to protest vocally.

Yes. A bit crazy. ...but unarmed. That could be worse.

I don't think I'll be responding to his call, still!

It is...

Wanting the Fed to shoot one of them ("It could be me!"...well, alrighty then!).

Alas for his plan, the Repugs aren't in charge so no one will be shot like at Kent State.

"Tin soldiers and NIXON coming...."

25. The propaganda machine was telling
them what ACORN was well before the election. They also repeat that ACORN is under indictment in several states. I don't believe ACORN is under indictment anywhere.

Propagandist John Fund is responsible for most of the current misunderstanding about ACORN. This misunderstanding was intentional. Read about it here. http://mediamatters.org/items/200809300024
