3. Manatee really brings the dumb.
He just does the right no damn good at all. He's stuck at high school-level junior conservative boy for life and it's sad to watch.

12. I liked what he said at the first part of the clip, that one can look at both sides,
and one can see nuance, and say that things can go one way or the other. I believe in Democracy over Oligarchy or Monarchy. Democracy allows multiple views. Thanks for the post.

8. Most of the pundits have an agenda; Propaganda seeds
to sew. Propaganda by its very nature is wrong; They are projecting non facts to bolster their beliefs rather than any truth; Even on things that are pretty obvious where predictions are easy and almost a foregone conclusion.

11. Exactly. They're not paid to tell the truth,
they're paid to say anything that will keep their masters in power.

9. Ooglymoogly Beat me to it. The other option is that it's propaganda. It's impossible to
be as wrong, as often as they are without it being on purpose.

13. Most pundits have attached themselves to a RW ideology
They do worse than chance because they keep flipping a two-headed coin and calling it tails.

15. Thats why I like my Maher, Olberman, and Maddow
Edited on Mon Mar-02-09 03:21 AM by Liberal_Christian
Yeah, Yeah, I know they're talking-heads/pundits but in my own defense I also read NY times and the Nation, all very liberal outlets but at least some of them (NY Times and the Nation) are journalistic. It's funny how the liberal media mainly criticizes our government and status quo in a present day context in order to strive for a better tomorrow and is then called un-American/un-patriotic for doing so but when the conservative media use their fear doctrine and project all the horrific things that will happen to us in the future if we don't follow THEIR ideology then they're just being good, "unbiased", and "informative" people.

Lets face it; while the Liberal media, as biased as it can be, criticize what HAS happened and IS happening whereas the Conservative media, just as biased just to a different ideology, DOES make more "predictions" (there's really no other way to use fear but make assumptions on the future)

18. What's funny is the same principle can be applied to the corporate culture. Those that act ...
the most sure of themselves ..... are generally the people that are

FULL OF SHIT!

19. No accident
TV pundits are corporate propagandists. You can trust them as much as you can trust advertisements for corporate products.
