The slowness of the way he speaks and even the way that he looks so completely reminds me of a turtle somehow turned into human form. I was cracking up just listening to him speak. Boy, if you have a million tough questions coming at you that you don't want to answer, Rush is your goto guy, just bring this guy into a conference and you get to slow motion really quick.

lacking critical thinking skills?  How would you like it if
