He can make the disenfranchised uninformed believe anything he says by twisting words, leaving out important pieces of information, and just getting louder and louder.

representation of its content. The commercials led me to believe "Chocolate News" was rather low-brow, which couldn't be further from the truth. "Chocolate News" is witty, gritty, and Grier is a master of sketch comedy.
