2. I'm 4 years older than Mc Cain. When you get to be our age reminders can only help.
The middle of a terrorist attack in no time to be having a senior moment.

5. I have to admit, this is not a very telling charge.
I have noticed all of my life that people, including me, have a terrible time remembering all N of N things they mean to point out, for N>2, invariably remembering all but one, just as McCain does here. This is evidently universal and has nothing to do with age. (Watch for this in your own life, now that I've mentioned it, and you'll see what I mean.)

If there were four guests on KO last night and I try to tell someone about it, I will remember three of the four. If I have six items to buy at the grocery store, I will remember five. And if five Secretaries Of State have endorsed me, I assure you I will only be able to name four. I have no idea what mechanism underlies this, but it happens over and over and over.

I have observed this phenomenon in myself and others for decades, and thus was not at all surprised to hear it happen to McCain. I even theorized years ago that if you are purposely trying to remember, say, four critical political points to convey to a friend later in the day, your best bet is to include a fifth point in your thinking and then have that be the one you forget!

6. He's running for the President of the United States. Wouldn't it be in our best interest
to have someone be a bit more sharper then this video displays?

Had you shown the same mental paralysis to come up with a talking point you've been regurgitating for days, I wouldn't vote for you either.
