demonstrating the fallacy of an argument, calling 'em on when they are atempting to "change the subject" (as Matthews did), and educating Americans (in this case, by specifically pointing out the function of the VP according to the Constitution).

that whwn he did give her the opportunity to answer the question she immediately attempted to change the subject to Obama/Biden, as Matthews pointed out.

Until the spinmeisters can begin offering direct, relevant questions to direct answers, than perhaps this is the best way to go about it.

15. I agree; and i empathize with your frustration with talking over people...

I get that way too...but it usually comes from people doing the "shout down" when someone of opposite political affilliation is attempting to provide a rational explanation to a question which the questioner simply doesn't want a rational answer to.

by claim they say Joe Biden will be a foreign policy adviser to the Obama. Well I hate to tell her an adviser is something altogether different then a leader. The adviser gives a leader advice that the leader may or may not follow. The leader is the person that must make the ultimate call and be the person who is ultimately held responsible.

23. Wailing Palin seems to be describing the role of the Senate majority leader.

Or in the case of repukes, the Senate minority leader.

I think she got the VP and Senator roles mixed up in her head.

She has more important things to do then to understand what a VP does. You know also, like shopping and gutting a moose.

This is the 2nd time Mathews has impressed me. He brought up the air quotes about the Mother's Health at the last debate and then this. He is starting to sound like a real journalist.
