This is the third part in the increasingly funny series "The Last Republican." It's now fairly clear that this is a satire of McCain campaign surrogate Martin Eisenstadt looking for voters in California - in this episode, specifically trying to find Hispanic voters, only to show up at a tourist trap where even the old people complain that McCain is too old. The Alaska reference doesn't appear in the video, but instead seems to refer to a post on Eisenstadt's blog today in which he defends Palin's travel with her kids.
