will further any sort of justice, then you are very naive. Our legislators are the ones that need to have their asses kicked. They are the ones that have to take action. Acting scary to Karl Rove justs makes her look like a wingnut and you would have said the same thing had the tables been turned.

Except the right-wingers would use thugs, and will go on Fox News and talk about Sauce for Goose is Sauce for Gander, and how unfair it is for President Obama to complain when his own supporters did the same thing.

I also didn't like Code Pink's bloody hands confrontation of Condi Rice at a Congressional hearing. Again, a little too close to assault.

We have to fight. But I don't think we want to be the ones to escalate the fight into theatrical or real violence. I'm worried enough about right-wing political violence in the Obama era.

That said, I respect Code Pink for their courage. They're definitely on the right side. And they seem like smart, attractive, and spirited people. I just have doubts about the tactic that involve near or attempted assault or close physical confrontation.
