The last 3:00 of this 5:59 is classic. The former hostage in Iran totally backs up the former Canadian Ambassador to Iran.

1. Hannity is such a clown
I do wish faux news would get someone who's a little more animated to go toe-to-toe with the insane one.

I love when Stephanie Miller was on his show.
Insannity shufflinf his papers frantically and calling for a commercial cuz he was getting his ass kicked all over the place.

3. Hannity has no clue, he is reciting neoconservative dogma
...and has just exposed to everyone who watches this video why that approach, which has also been the Bush approach to diplomacy, is a total failure.

4. Thanks for posting this! I haven't seen Ken Taylor speak
in years. He is highly regarded in Canada, a truly brave man, imo. His calm, knowledgeable manner showed up Hannity to be the shrill, ignorant POS that we all know him to be.

Here is some info on Ken Taylor and his heroic, imo, work to save the Iranian hostages in 1979:

9. Question for Hannity...
Ken Taylor risked his life and career to save six American lives. What have you done for anyone lately, or EVER?

5. Taylor didn't play Hannity's game...
That's how these right-wing nutjob blowhards win arguments. They can't do it with facts, so they
ask ridiculous questions that have groundless underlying suppositions. Bottom line, you can't
answer the question.

Hannity asked Taylor what he would say to the "Holocaust denier who wants to wipe Israel off the map".
He set up Taylor.

Taylor circumvented the question, because it was a ridiculous question. Taylor told him that the negotiators
would be several people, not one, and they would be leaders of different countries.

Taylor looks mature, reasonable and level headed. Unfortunately Hannity's immaturity and quick-to-bomb irresponsibility
is the prevailing attitude in our government. So. Frightening.

Taylor demonstrated that calm, reasonable negotiation is the way to go. It's obvious. Hannity
is a ranting fool who can only whip up his lemming audience into an Iran-hating lather.

Hannity and the rest of the warmongers want bombs to fall. It's just so sick that they dedicate their
entire lives and most of their waking hours--to ensuring mass destruction and killing. Just awful.

6. Hannity is stupid, rude, and a Kool-Aid drinker
Hannity cuts in by saying, Hey, Hey, Ambassador. What a rude piece of shit.
He really is clueless.

line at the end of the day, but I cannot fathom, I cannot graps how, in the US, morons such as Hannity and O'Reilly are allowed on the air. I mean they never seem to rise above primary-school debating level - and then not as kids who will have much time for debating in their future life. More active type of kids.

One very telling aspect of these political interviewers employed by Fox is their singular lack of civility, never mind political nous. I mean, even interviewing a foreign ambassador, Hannity seemed to see himself as a fearsome attack-dog, and the ambassador as a chihuahua! They don't seem to have been able to grasp that the term "attack-dog" is always used in political and debating contexts as a metaphor - whereas they seem to think that just foaming at the mouth and monotonously snarling all but literally, will cut it.

When a dog (in the literal sense of the word) snarls, it's not very imaginative but, rather, very repetitive. And that's how they snarl. The same fiercely expressed incoherent babble, repeated again and again. Like a dog with a bone.

Their handlers at Fox need to tell them that the canine bit is only meant as a metaphor. The best attack-dogs are characters like Ben Veniste, who favour the rapier over the bludgeon - to hilarious effect.

Well, maybe some of he freepers WILL be impressed. But I think that, like Edwards, all Democratic leaders should make it abundantly clear to the likes of Fox's Hannity and O'Reilly, that they find it impossible to accord them with as much respect as they would to a dog. A dog doesn't try to be an insect.

11. Hannity is such a fucking tool
His disrespect for the Ambassador is so typical of these republican talking heads, well..republicans in general. I honestly don't understand why anyone with any kind of intelligence goes on those shows.

12. "hey...HEY...Ambassador!"
What kind of protocol is that???

I don't watch Hannity, but he seems like he's in a perpetual "Sy Stallone" impersonation mode, or he's doing Dustin Hoffman's "Ratso" character from "Midnight Cowboy:"

"hey...HEY...WE'VE GOT A CRISIS HERE!! Y'HEAR? HEY! WE'VE GOT A CRISIS HERE!"

Is he always like this?
