1. Well, Obama did warn that they'd try to paint him as some "other" ...
... of which we should be afraid.

2. what a shithead.
It's apparent McCain heard the guy and I would guess from the expression on his face he disapproved of the comment. And then he has nothing to say? He just keeps going with his speech? A fellow senator was just called a terrorist and he says nothing? Fuck McCain.

Obama has stopped audiences when they started piling on McCain. And both he and Biden have gone out of their way to enunciate their respect for McCain, even though afterwards they're often criticized for it.

For McCain to say nothing was cowardly.

5. Exactly. Exactly.
If McCain doesn't call out crap like that, he will have blood on his hands if one of his hateful followers decides to vote with a rifle. And yet his vice president is running around spouting Ayers and Wright and how unlike most of America Obama is.

Shame on him.

3. This just shows how desperate McCain is. Power really does corrupt some, doesn't it?

4. I fear for the safety of Barack Obama

Earlier today Palin was speaking at a rally in Florida where she cited Obama's "terrorist ties."

She was inciting the crowd and one man said "kill him" in reference to Obama.

BTW, she was wearing all white looking as klanish as possible...

The conservative fundies are gonna eat this stuff up and their hatred towards Obama will continue to grow. This kind of campaigning must be condemned. All they are doing is stirring up hatred.

10. Thanks for that article
It's possible to construe that the "kill him" statement may have been in reference to Ayers, since that's who Palin was talking about at the time.

Nevertheless, at the end of the day it really doesn't make much difference. The fact that folks feel comfortable advocating killing someone at a McCain/Palin rally says EVERYTHING you need to know about McCain, Palin and their sad, sick and disgusting supporters.

9. SEND THIS TO ALL YOUR CONTACTS
Bill Moyers in his PBS story on right wing talk radio, recognized that the incitement level has to be raised each day/week, the right wingers get used to a level and then they want to raise the incitement higher. Next few days, someone will yell "Kill Obama".

11. OH THERE THEY GO AGAIN
Edited on Mon Oct-06-08 07:14 PM by ann_american2004
Feeding their hate addiction. Those pesky religious right wing nut jobs -- they dont feel alive unless they are ecstatic with hatred. They get off on the sins they self-create. such fornicators. LOL.

Palin, if anything happens to Obama be assured we will make a citizen's arrest on you. You will not be able to hide. Both McCain and Palin are outright inciting their fanatic followers to harm Obama. This is serious. And I believe it is against the law. It's obvious these people are part of an organization such as the KKK.

edit: grammar

12. McCain will have a hard time when this is over.
It will be very difficult for him to show his face in Congress if he loses. He has lost a ton of respect. It is actually quite sad.

13. For a split second, it seemed as if his conscious was getting to him
when the word "terrorist" was first shouted. The question is, who is the real Mccain????
