many experts agree that there are different standards for impeachable and criminal conduct. In the words of Dean John D. This type of thing is really an insult to our intelligence. You could clearly see the editing that took place, especially on the part about the NIE proving Bush was lying when he led us in to the war. Then after the interview, probably hours later, they edit in some more insults when Rocky can't defend himself. How do they continue to get away with this shit?

While some (or even most) Fox viewers may be unreachable, certainly ALL are not. We are in a battle of ideas and we need persuade every one we can to see the light. Divisiveness does not help the progressive cause, since the conservative cause relies on emotional response rather than higher reasoning. The 30% will probably always lean their way, however as evidenced by 9/11/01, "centrist" type people can be scared into following along as well.

15. Surely everyone will choose their own way. Personally, I believe we need to help foster

more open-minded critical thinking from "conservatives" and less get-tough generalizations from "progressives". The more we sink down to "their" level in order to win arguments in the short term, the more the national discourse is coarsened and cheapened in the long term. I do not see how that is beneficial. There is a difference between being assertive and being belligerent.

10. I think so many people watch fox news because of fox itself

I haven't looked at the ratings but I'm going to make an educated guess here. Fox is probably the most popular network in primetime thanks to shows like American Idol, 24, Simpsons. Family Guy, House, and many others. So people that don't really pay too much attention flip on fox news when they want to watch cable news. This is why their ratings are so high and this is why they need to be called out on their bullshit.

No Democrat should EVER appear on Faux News. It's time for Dean and the DNC to follow Edwards' lead. FNC is the propaganda arm of the RNC.

Democrats don't treat Michelle Malkin or Ann Coulter like journalists, so why lend Faux any credibility? Fuck 'em!
