John McCain wants to overturn Roe v. Wade. He wants to outlaw abortion. If abortion is illegal, anyone participating in an abortion - from the doctor to the woman, has one will be a criminal. We have questions, John McCain, what should her punishment be? How much time should she do?

Another TV ad hits McCain on abortion

Another ad from an abortion rights group says 21 states would ban abortions if Roe v. Wade were overturned, as McCain says it should be.

The ad -- and an accompanying website -- also raises the specter of state movements that would put a woman in jail for having an abortion, and ask how much time she would do. Anti-abortion groups typically dismiss that notion as a scare tactic, and say they'll push for laws that would punish only doctors.

The ad is part, reportedly, of a "multimillion dollar" swing state campaign, run by the Winning Message Action Fund, an arm of the National Institute for Reproductive Health.

UPDATE: Spokeswoman Samantha Levine says the "multi-million dollar campaign" will air in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Colorado, and Wisconsin, starting at the beginning of October.

2. If abortion is murder, then women who have an abortion should be put in jail.
But anti-abortion people are hypocrites and they don't even believe their own stupid rhetoric.

3. They think as soon as abortion becomes murder, the abortions will stop. Who'd break the law?
It's like sin. You outlaw it, and it disappears! Right?
