Joe Biden layed it on the line in Wooster, Ohio. He warned that the decision Americans make regarding the next presidency will determine the course of the rest of world. He said we desperately need a rational health care system. We've reached a tipping point on issues such as war, terrorism, the supreme court, access to a good education, global warming, and civil liberties such as our right to privacy. The American people must demand a fundamental change.

1. Oh, that the Joey the Shark is sexy
I only wish the national channels would show some of him and Obama instead of Palin and McCain all the time. Watching Cnn, MSNBC during the day you'd think Obama and Biden were off on vacation somewhere.

4. I was thinking the exact same thing today...
Why do we see so little of Obama and Biden but every thing that comes out of Palin's mouth is on the air?

WAY to GO JOE!!! :thumbsup

6. I'm thinking Palin is like a automobile accident.
People just have to look.

16. Well...
the trainwreck metaphor usually implies 'we have a huge mess here,' whereas the car wreck relates to people's opticpulsion (compulsion to look), but, yeah, she is a train wreck.

2. GLOBAL WARMING
We are getting a brand spankin' new coal fired power plant to choke the world with, while at the same time watching 350 Million year old Appalachian Mountains being decapitated for the love of money. ENOUGH ! www.wisecountyissues.com

14. I'm sure glad Joe explained it!
As a young man, I was ashamed of my ignorance. As an old man, I'm proud of it ~ it gives me a chance to learn something. I'm not as ignorant now as I was before I watched that great video.

8. I find it refreshing to see a candidate with the intelligence to refer
to differential calculus. I wonder if that dullard, Sarah Palin ever even passed a college-level math course. The "Changes" this country so desperately needs are elected officials with half a fucking brain.

12. Wow!
...and that may be the first exclamation point I've used for decades.

Every time I see him I can't help but think what a "hidden" treasure he is for the nation and what an effect he will have when all take notice. And they will.

I hope the "imagine a future" and "imagine a country" themes become central in the next few weeks...very powerful and not so easily copied.

13. Very powerful stuff!
He has the ability to connect with people on a personal level and I really believe he understands the problems this country is facing. Obama made an excellent choice in picking him for his VP!
