4. Oil platform as artificial reef.
Any hard surface in the water will accumulate algae, barnacles and other fish food. Listening to McCain, I get the idea that if we build enough oil platforms we won't have to worry about any species becoming extinct. McCain's energy policy meets his environmental and conservation policies: drill here, drill now.

Not sure whether McCain is really cynical, really stupid, or both.
