From the research team that made the international viral video hit that in May 2008, according to the New York Times (and a wide range of other media including the LA Times, The Wall Street Journal, AP, the Dallas Morning News, CNN and MSNBC) forced Senator John McCain to renounce the political endorsement of Texas megachurch Pastor John Hagee, also head of Christians United For Israel. The 3:40 video featured an excerpt from a late 2005 sermon, broadcast internationally and sold by Hagee's ministry as a DVD, in which Hagee stated that "God sent a hunter - Hitler was a hunter" and suggested the divinely appointing mission was to drive Europe's Jews to Palestine because that was, according to Hagee, "God's top priority".

Very Bizarre 'Holy Laughter Annointing' Theology at Sarah Palin's Juneau Church
By Bruce Wilson, Talk To Action. Posted September 13, 2008.

'Third wave' sermons supported by religious leaders at Juneau Christian Church, include "uncontrollable laughter, weeping, shrieking.

Mike Rose is the senior pastor of Juneau Christian Church, where Governor Sarah Palin attends when in residence in Juneau. The Alaska Update of the Alaska Assemblies of God featured a story on Palin's attendance at the 2008 Alaska District Council and stated that "Superintendent Ted Boatsman, who was Palin's junior high pastor at Wasilla Assembly of God, along with Pastor Mike Rose of Juneau Christian Center, where Palin presently attends church when in Juneau, laid hands on the Governor and led the Council in Prayer."

Watch Bruce Wilson's video - Palin's Churches and the Holy Laughter Anointing:

Rose is well known as far away as Australia for his participation in the "new wave" of the Holy Spirit. Former General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God in Australia, Dr. Andrew Evans, has also been a supporter of the "new wave" and its manifestations which he lists as falling, shaking and drunkenness (in the Spirit),and uncontrollable weeping and laughing. (He has been a controversial figure for his belief that these manifestations would aid in church growth in his denomination in Australia although these activities have been repeatedly denounced as Deviant Behavior by the U.S. General Council.) Evans writes about Rose's ability to manage these manifestations in his church without excessive disruption of services. He also notes that Rose had been an advisor to Rodney Howard-Browne's Revival Ministries committee and had "sat in over 110 of Rodney's meetings." Andrew Evans went on to found the Family First Party of Australia.

Rodney Howard-Browne is one of the most controversial and publicized figures of the Third Wave movement. While many of the leaders have been almost invisible in the mainstream media, Howard-Browne and his Holy Laughter anointing have been covered by CNN , Time, Newsweek, PBS, and numerous British media outlets. Howard-Browne refers to himself in many of these articles as the "Holy Ghost bartender."

He is also one of the most controversial figures in the Evangelical world and is the subject of many hundreds of internet pages from other Evangelical and Fundamentalists discernment groups who view his unusual revival manifestations such as uncontrollable laughter, weeping, shrieking, and animal noises, as cultic. Other conservative Christians also find fault with Howard-Browne's end time belief that a unified and purified church is currently being restored through a "great awakening" that is manifesting itself through these "signs and wonders." Howard-Browne, like the other leaders of the Third Wave, believe that they are raising a great end time army that will take control of the world through spiritual warfare, and triumph over Satan before the millennial reign of Jesus. Many in the movement, such as C. Peter Wagner believe that the Apostolic age began in 2001. John Bevere, author of curriculum for the Master's Commission of Wasilla Assembly of God, believes that he is teaching the final generation before the Millennial which he calculates will begin in 2028 or 2029.

Rodney Howard-Browne and his family moved from South Africa to the United States in 1987, and settled in the Lakeland/Tampa area after having a successful revival at the church of Karl Strader, Lakeland's first Assemblies of God, Karl is father of Stephen Strader of Ignited Church and the current Lakeland Revival fame. Howard-Browne and his wife continued to lead revivals around the world and often worked closely with the late John Wimber of the Vineyard movement and the the Kansas City Prophets. They introduced hyper-charismatic activities in widely publicized revivals in both the United States and Great Britain including the Toronto Airport Blessing which began in 1994, and drew people worldwide to experience the phenomenon. Howard-Brown is also credited with a role in the Brownsville Revival, 1995, and more recently, the 2008 Lakeland Healing Revival with Todd Bentley.

Additionally Howard-Browne has been instrumental in the introduction of these "signs and wonders" all over the world including Brompton Holy Trinity, a high-profile charismatic Anglican church in May, 1994. The resulting Holy Laughter and other unusual manifestations at this prominent church and others in London shocked the British press and was the biggest story covered by British Christian media in 1995 and 1996. Brompton Holy Trinity is now primarily known as the source of the ALPHA course.

Sarah Diamond includes Howard-Browne's rise to fame in her book, Not by Politics Alone. After the introduction of Holy Laugher, Diamond states,

"he became a celebrity in charismatic circles. Charisma magazine published a cover story about him. Trinity Broadcasting Network aired many hours' worth of Howard-Browne's videotaped laughing services so that viewers could see exactly how ordinary-looking churchgoers look when they land on the floor and laugh hysterically. The TV images served as a form of role modeling for others who would eventually experience the Toronto Blessing."

6. I was fucked over by Assemblies of God
Edited on Sat Sep-13-08 08:51 PM by undergroundpanther
They are a fucking cult. They are dangerous. When we had prayer meetings we were given an address written on a piece of paper by another church member, after church. We were told to go to the address for"bible study" and what day and time to be there. These meetings were called"cell churches". We'd meet at someone's house. It was ALWAYS at different homes never the same place twice. The church never announced these meetings,or posted them,we were given a piece of paper,it was so secretive it was crazy.
After listing to Christian music,we'd talk strategy about how to push the church's agenda locally and nationally. It was very strange.

These people have INFILTRATED everywhere in government they are a fucking cult determined to take over this country. They have people in the military, overseas, the CIA FBI,and politics, and big big money.I am NOT kidding they have shit loads of money,it is a NETWORK..They insist all members tithe. They are both stealth and obnoxious, they seek to force religion onto any place and person they can wheedle it into. They'll skirt the law to do it,Lawyer Jay Sekulow is one of thiers..they will make alliances with people they oppose or think are evil(like baptists) to get power. They have people operating on behalf of AoG in a fifth column way in many agencies and corporations institutions and schools, They pray regularly for others they don't like to die, suffer be ruined or be converted. In the Year 2000 this particular group I was involved in was this:
https://www.christinaction.com/index.cfm
They have ugly connections too..
http://www.seekgod.ca/toast2.htm

This "christ in action" looks nice on the surface but inside this group we regularly prayed for the destruction of New Orleans because of Mardi Gras..And for peoples lives to be ruined, etc. They curse people. They are dangerous and evil and should be shut down for treason. The church is very manipulating and seek to fuck with your head and pressure and they are very up on how to create environments to persuade. They use emotions and vulnerabilities to hook people in.Denny is over 400 lbs,he has a huge shower room in a mansion with a pool all sorts of luxuries yet he claims to only make 40,000 a year. He has 11 kids, they don't go to the doctor they believe faith heals them. His wife is so submissive I don't know if she has her own personality.Their oldest daughter was over in Brazil when I was involved with them, and at that time I found out there was a gold tooth/gold dust from god scam perpetrated by AOG over there. Aog is fucking horrible full of horrible people leading it.

15. The only god I think is real
or can affect things here is ceiling cat.
I mess with archetypes(Sekhmet I like her myths + images) doing cathartic stuff to cope with life,or I try to protect myself /others from the ruthless chaos this reality is,however.Sometimes it works.
Doesn't prove a god exists tho.It proves I am tapping into coincidences or reality in such a way it looks to me like I have changed it. But being a pattern seeking creature I dunno if it's just selective perception and these things I attempted to change would have occurred anyway.I don't know.
There is so much of the nature of reality We as people don't know about we only know part.So it's unknown. And I ain't gonna call it anything but that until I know.

11. I've seen what they did to my family
Right out of Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Turned my whole family into mindless rightwing Jesusbots. They push the end times crap, they want Armageddon now so Jesus will return.

They will get the shock of their lives when Israel bombs Iran and gets nuked in return. I wonder what they will do when Jesus pulls a no-show? Oh, I guess they'll go into the "Gods Will" crap...

They want Jesus to return because they want their REWARDS.
The religion and Christianity itself, has a core that is NARCISSISTIC.(christians will deny this, but maybe they haven't explored their own belief system deep enough I did I wanted to find out how the abusive shit I went through with christians in general is rationalized biblically, and it IS rationalized in that book of propaganda.)

They AoG want to be RIGHT and REWARDED for being SLAVES to jeezus so bad they'll STAGE an apocolpse and drive the members crazy just to PROVE how rightious warriors for jeezus they are. They want to WIN.

When I was in that church, one day I was at a Wawa, near my apartment and my ex was there with me with one half of the list getting stuff.
The store is small for even a WAwa,I walked over to the third Isle(only three there to get TP, walked back to the isle he was at and suddenly realized he was not there.I couldn't see him in the store nor was he in the car,I thought he was raptured and I was not.I panicked thinking the people in the store knew and were going to try to kill me.It scared the SHIT out of me.I silently but frantically searched the store. He came out of the bathroom..I didn't know that particular Wawa had a bathroom for customers.I nearly went psychotic in that church. I have trauma not a thought disorder being mixed up in that cult made my thoughts really disordered.

It was terrifying.I was the one that got my ex and myself OUT of that church.I lost every statue, most of my art,and countless other things,Some things dear to me that I had since childhood because of the pressure.
And I HATE them for the shit they did to me and I still miss some of the things I had..

16. laughter is contagious and
weak minds are easily led. I thought at first it was the result of the news that Palin had been selected as McCain's vice pick.

14. the"lord" helps no one but who
by whim he chooses to help.that is if this archon monster even is real at all.Frankly the bible god concerning how he"helps" is more like fortuna blindly whimsically tossing out blessings and curses.
