9. nope. look at his lips as he says "failin", then "palin". clearly it's an "F" vs a "P"

10. Simple to clear up. Watch the background while listening

there is no edit blip. Look at the man walking past the large, waving flag backdrop. Its seamless. Then watch the speakers lips while he makes the gaffe. There's no doubt that he stumbled, and corrects himself.

watch the graphic of "white house" scrolling on the bottom of the video, it doesn't jump back, it keeps scrolling. He realized he said it and quickly shoved out PALIN to try and save face ASAP... this is hysterical and such a wonderful Freudian!
