Sorry I got this up late. Had some problems with the audio, and the status screen from the upload.

Anyway, here's a pretty damning clip from Free Speech TV interviewing Amy Goodman tonight.

1. I am so glad Amy was released
Earlier, I tried to call the Sheriff and the mayors of the Twin Cities. All I got was voicemail full. I hope that is a good sign that people that care are trying to get through to them that the world is watching. And we know what they have done is ilegal.

2. Ms. Goodman Says that the Press has Rights to Report what is going on.
To our Democratic Leaders, Please end Fascism. Please end the Police State. Please end preemptive arrests. Please Restore Our Republic. It is unfortunate, but many Democrats also voted for the Patriot Acts. It is necessary to allow dissent and protest. It is necessary to return to rule by, for, and of the People. Do you care about what is happening in St. Paul, MN?

5. ending this type of oppression
Asking, ever so politely, will not work in this case,. power is not reliquished freely. It is taken by force (men with guns) and held by force (FBI, NSA, Father-land Security, State and local Police, and even now private Armis i.e. Blackwater, etc.).
"please" will not work,. only a mass of the population demanding and willing to fight (general strike, civil-disobediance, social pressure on the elite, etc.) to take the power back,. will stand any hope of ending this type of oppression.

sadly the corporate/millitary system in now so entrenched (we respect his 'service'), and the bulk of the population so bought-off, or otherwise dumbed-down that any resistance is little more than fantasy at this point,. the official conspiracy of 9/11 was allowed to go unchallanged,. and now we see the dems calling for more wars around the globe,.

sadly indeed.

Honestly, it's very offensive.

18. Seriously?
Is what's been done to our civil rights (part of what the flag represents) less offensive?

You've been offended by a picture?

7. This was unconscionable
what a mockery it makes of any claim that we are still living in a democracy. I hope they are sued for billions of dollars by all those who were brutalized by these thugs. When citizens are more afraid of the police than those they are arresting, what is that? We truly are well on the way to living in a police state.

10. Take a look at the equipment that the Cops are wearing.
That stuff is top of the line Military gear, perhaps even better than what our troops in Iraq are given.

Camelback canteens, M-16's and all sorts of nastiness.

I think this is a good reason to reduce funding for then Neo-Nazis piglets, and let them suffer through their own budgetary crisis like the rest of America.

Does anybody actually look at the expenditure these Cops are making? How much do 100 cops on Bicycles fully equipped cost per hour on a Holiday?

Thats right, Overtime pay to boot.

They really want to foment a revolution by the Heavy Handed, uncalled for Police Brutality and violation of the citizens Constitutional rights.

The Peace Protestors weren't born yesterday. They know the law and the Constitution very well, and they show that the Government see's revolution coming, and they see everyone as a potential enemy now. Up to and including Grandma in the wheelchair.

I did serve in the Military to see our rights diminished or taken away like this. This crap has got to stop.

ENOUGH!

12. Where's Obama's voice condemning this?
This has to be outed and exposed as the fascism it is.
These are the actions of people desperately looking at the end of their ideology.
Their tactics betray their paranoia.

17. Police brutality is an issue I would like to hear addressed by Obama
as a specific direct issue, not just generally as civil rights.
Who is next? Keith Olberman?
Police have turned on Americans, and we cannot allow this to deteriorate any further!!
