Clearly frustrated and still unable to defend his Washington record, Congressman Kenny Hulshof narrowly kept his composure when asked by a reporter to respond to questions about his Washington record of supporting big oil at a time of record gas prices.

Congressman Hulshof challenged, "name one" vote he'd cast in support of big oil over Missouri consumers. OK Congressman, we'll name a LOT. Check out the list at www.congressmankenny.com.

1. the questioner got pnwed not Hulshof
at least from what is shown in your clip
The questioner didn't respond with any of the stuff displayed in the video - when asked to "name one" he said he couldn't.

2. That isn't the point
Maybe I used the wrong title. But this guy as a Congressman accepted mucho dinero from big oil. And he has been trying to deny it while running for governor. So it seems kind of odd that he challenged the questioner to name one rather than refuting the charge or trying to justify his big oil donations.

3. That's not the point.

When faced with a question concerning his favoritism of big oil, the congressman responds with a "Name One" in terms of naming a vote that was cast in favor of that industry. That's not the reporter's job. This sort of confrontation ends the "interview" and begins debate.

6. I think it *is the reporter's job
and one of the problems we have in this country is that reporters *don't* do their jobs enough.
Bringing up an issue that should be addressed is good but letting the person off the hook isn't 'pwning' them.
Maybe if the clip was longer it would show something else.

You want to see somebody pwning somebody else?
Watch the recent Corsi interview on King.

The journalist from Media Matters knew enough about Corsi and his book that he could respond appropriately to anything Corsi said.
It can very rightly be said that Corsi was 'pwned'

4. The video is a weak response.
The Kenny campaign needs to run with this subject. Take Hulshof's "name one" statement and very specifically name one...then another...then another. Repeat as necessary.
