8. I admit it...

I live in Houston. Loved his dad. Watched Joel grow up. Victoria is nice too. But even with that, I was willing to listen to the trial....Until I heard what they were asking for in compensation. She wanted how many millions. I'm sorry, just that made me think she was really wanting a ticket on the gravy train. What happened to a public apology.

I think it's pronounced O-steen, but anyhow, I don't like him. He seems so robot like to me, and I loved Billy Graham. There's just something about him that turns me off. That's all I have to say about the issue. As who knows, maybe the 2 flight att. knew they were filthy rich beyond what they should be as religious leaders, and figured, I want some cash, so I'll get her riled up and accuse them of assualt - who knows...

Not "earnings", the correct word is "loot". Televangelists do not "earn" anything, they hoodwink people into sending them money which they use to hoodwink more people into sending them more money.

6. I've been paying a small amount of attention,

since I live here.

I occasionally see the first few minutes of his program, and he's basically a motivational speaker, a pretty good one, with the bible thrown in.

My first thought when I heard about this was "why were they in first class?" That just kinda bothered me, but he *is* of the "god wants you to be prosperous" variety, so I guess his constituents would not take it amiss - who knows?

I don't have any trouble believing some kind of unpleasantness took place, but I have my doubts about the flight attendant as well. Her request for "10% of the net worth" rather than an actual dollar amount strikes me about the same way as first class did.

Perhaps these people deserve one another..... ;)
