1. Isn't there some law that says Rove can't work on a major network while playing these kinds of games

with the law, at the highest level and in such a contentious way? Isn't there a conflict of interest between FOX and fairness to the law? Shouldn't he have to recuse himself from being a political mouthpiece, a political spinner, for any party or issue in the MSM, given that the public airwaves have some kind of regulation? For example, there're laws against false advertising, and other laws legislating what is and isn't fair use of the public airwaves, so how come Rove continues as a paid pontificator at FOX even after he's defied congressional law?

Just trying to figure out why this shit can be so brazen, and the criminals can get away with it like that.
