1. oh my gosh

that was horrendous. i am very proud of them for stepping up. cuff her and get her on the ground but, not like that. this guy needs to loose his badge. he needs to be made an example of, maybe some probation time. please break the blue wall of silence when jerks like this commit criminal acts. it makes all of the nypd look bad and all of the officers aren't.

2. NYPD does not operate in Yonkers

Not that it makes that much of a difference but we're talking about Yonkers police here.

That said, unfortunately, it's not unusual for police to injure and even kill civilians and get away with it. I can't remember the last time a police officer was put in jail for killing a civilian even when he violated police procedure.

The last time a cop went to jail for injuring someone was the Louima case and that case was so horrendous that it couldn't be swept under the rug.

The fact that this is just getting to air when the original incident was over a year ago doesn't bode well either.

4. It is appalling to say the least

It looked like the kind of thing they'd fake for WWF. (Or whatever they call themselves these days.)

This guy should not only be fired but he should be in jail. If I were to do that to someone that's where my behind would be. He could have killed her not that he cares.

I'd be willing to bet that this incident is not the only complaint on his record either.

I really hope that they can get this guy off the force.
