1. I formally suspend my anti-Clinton Campaign ...
But I still think Terry McAuliffe is a tool.

3. Good speech!
Where was the supposed "swipe at Barack Obama" that I heard about on "Ring of Fire"? Did I miss something?

4. I missed that too. I would have added more about "Who do you want appointing Supremes!"
I really liked the references to the past contrasts between Rs and Dems.

6. If she keeps to her word , I think she will, she would be an outstanding VP.
Washington Journal had a segment this AM on how the Veep has to be a chief operating officer type in order to repair the state of our federal govt. The guest didn't think she was right for the job, but I think she could do it. And yes it is about who the next supremes are, that point will bring out more fundies so it should not be a forefront issue in this campaign, we can win on the war, economy and energy issues.

8. Error: you can only recommend threads which were started in the past 24 hours
Sorry I missed the deadline to recommend this great speech.

Since February I have been wishing for a Clinton-Obama ticket in 2008.

I believed it would set us up for 16 years of progressive leadership.

But I am not sure that Hillary would be comfortable in the VP role.

Some say she was already VP for 8 years - back in the nineties! ;-)

I know that this speech is one of the hardest things Hillary ever had to do.

I hope that all of us can admire her courage and resilience.
