1. Today was one of the best discussions I've seen on MTP. I'm so glad Russert

had several very impressive and rational women on (Maureen Dowd, Doris Kearns Goodwin, Ruth Marcus and Gwen Ifill, none of them weak on women's issues) not just a bunch of talking heads. They shot down Hillary's misogyny theory, her excuse for why she made the RFK remark and made it plain that while they did not believe she was hoping he would be physically harmed, she was clearly hoping some great scandal would end his candidacy. They all seemed to feel that she had made very serious errors in her initial campaign and now had only herself to blame for the results.
