1. HOW/WHY did Congress pass this?
And why is the Senate expected to?

If Cafferty is correct and he's aware of it, surely Congress must be!

Is anyone else having a fit over this - or just me?

And is MSM covering this big time? Did Wolf say "what the FUCK?".

4. This, in fact, is old, and I think confusing at this point. I think I'll delete to avoid confusion.

6. Or add a note maybe?
I think I heard something about this "back then" but wasn't paying too much attention. Apparently not too many people were -- including Congress and the Senate. :grr:

Thanks for posting it though, for others like me who were clueless, we should be made aware.

9. my feeling is that if he pardoned himself, it means nothing. it is like
a racket. you can't cover a crime by committing another. RICO could be used against them I bet and there is international law. It would be like Robert Mugabe pardoning himself. it would mean nothing.

5. You're right -- I just looked it up. September 2006
Man, I was losing it there for a minute! I couldn't believe they'd let something like this through NOW. But apparently it's already been passed. Maybe THAT'S why they're not pursing action against Bushco.

Thanks.

On Sept 26, or 27, 2006.
M Uncle the honest former state senator, died that weeknd and I was SOOOO grateful, that he didn't live 'till Mon. to see Habeous Corpus gone & Bush Co. self pardoned.
( It would have "killed him".)

11. If congress and the senate pass this bill..
Edited on Tue Apr-08-08 05:15 PM by A wise Man
...then Bush and company will get off scott from being tried for "TREASON" after they leave office. That would totally destroy the Constitution and all that this country has stood for and our relation with other countries forever.
