14. We've all heard Bush "er" and "uh" his way through speeches

often enough to make the video clip believable. I'm sure we all remember the long pause he took during the debates, also. I thought, at first, that he was not going to answer the question. He is really a pathetic speaker, especially when he doesn't have a pre-written script to follow.
