It makes complete sense, since you are so closely tracking the national labor stories.

Anyway, our company has embraced, mostly, OK, maybe somewhat, LMP. There are a lot of people, in both labor and management, that appreciate this approach of mutual problem solving.

Union employees are the best possible group one could supervise. I've been one myself and am thankful that no one in our department has to worry about their health care or that of their loved ones, whether they have redress if a manager targets them and if they will get paid for time off.

My husband will be a steward shortly. We joke we live LMP every day. MKJ
