North Carolina Stabilus Workers Get New Union Election Due To Company’s Labor Law Violations

http://www.laborradio.org/node/14150

By Doug Cunningham

Workers at a North Carolina plant will get a new union election ordered by the National Labor Relations Board. The NLRB says Stabilus violated labor laws by threatening, spying on and intimidating workers who wanted to join the UAW. The company also illegally interrogated workers about union activity. The UAW says this ruling is a significant victory for the workers trying to form a union.
