Will mine owner Murray face manslaughter charges in the deaths of
of the miners and rescuers? Start out with murder and reduce to manslaughter if it has to be that way. But, will he be charged?

1. I see a Presidential Medal of Freedom in the future for Murray.
Anybody as callous and bellicose and blame-shiftin as Murray belongs right up there with Bremer, Rumsfield and Tenant. A true Republican hero, Mister Murray.

2. I'm very curious as to the Workers Compensation Laws in Utah.
I'm thinking that the safety violations alone will destroy his company....fines, double compensation with death claims as well....................:scared:

He will probably need to file bankruptcy and let the state absorb the claims.

I don't know the Utah Laws for work injuries...just generalizing what is usual and customary.

7. The GOP will probably find a way to give him a tax cut
due to all the fines he will incur because miners went and got themselves killed at his place. In the insane world that is America today, it just wouldn't surprise me at all.

Since workers are blamed for everything that goes wrong these days, I can see the party making sure this man gets compensated for the loss of his workers and the fines. The culture of blame the victims and all that.

(only half :sarcasm: for I really do figure they will find a way to get this GOP contributor off the hook and blame the victims.)
