Is there trouble in the House of Mouse?

http://www.laborradio.org/node/11704

There could be trouble in the House of Mouse. A dispute over health care has led to employees at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California to reject a most recent contract offer. The more than two thousand workers at the three hotels have been working without a contract for 18 months. The workers are represented by UNITE-Here local 11 and the union handles health care for the workers through a trust that Disney pays into. Disney is seeking to move the employees into the company's health care plan which will require some employee contributions. Workers could go on strike over the contract dispute.
