Follow up on Brother Dave's passing from cancer 44 Wife, children, grandchildren
Edited on Wed Apr-01-09 05:59 PM by Omaha Steve

I was fired illegally 2 years ago. Dave was on the union members board that decides if the union will provide a lawyer for our case. Dave voted yes. I was never to know how the board members voted, but I do know Dave voted for my case. I won my job back including back pay and benefits. The city settled a week before it was to go to binding arbitration.

1. I'm so sorry about your loss.

I have only one sibling. I don't know what I'd do if I lost her.

4. It always seems like the best Americans are taken from us way too young.

6. Condolences on losing a UNION BROTHER...
which can often feel almost the same as losing a FAMILY member.
