Am I off base here? If Iran wants to partner up with Russia, why go through the enrichment process at all when there are ample supplies of nukes already to go?

If Iran really wanted a nuke, they wouldn't be doing this. I definitely think the whole tactical nuke option was really on the table too. I think they really wanted to invade Iran. There was absolutely no reason, as we now see. (Reminds me of something else.)
