WTF happened to "sedated"? Barf to another buzz word/phrase
"medically induced coma" It used to be "sedated", I am already soooooo sick of this phrase. Listen to me damn it MSM-continuing to parrot phrases like these does not make you sound eduated! It makes you sound like a group of idiotic parroting fools. :puke::puke::puke:
They are really two different things. Usually sedation is just calming or relaxing but a medically induced coma is much more than that. We used to use that infrequently but most always for brain trauma. It helps to keep the pressures in the brain under control.
Someone with more recent medical knowledge can probably explain it better than I can, it has been a long long time for me.
3. As Far As I Can Remember It Was Medically Induced Coma,
and as far as I know they are two completely different things. At least from my life experience I have always heard the term medically induced coma when it was a medically induced coma.
