8. The problem is not that he is a Sociopath

It is that he is part of a larger movement of a whole group of people who are amoral and ends oriented to the point of being devoid of all empathy to the pain and suffering their goals result in.

I'm not saying he isn't sociopathic by conventional definitions. I'm saying that using the label on him alone makes appear like He is the problem. Bush isn't THE problem, he's one puppet aspect of the problem which is a whole cadre of straussian theorists who have incorporated absolute selfishness and elitism as core personal values.

If we didn't have a huge number of people allowing him to fiddle while the country burned, his fiddling wouldn't be a problem.

and in answer to the question, I don't think he gives a crap. He doesn't value the lives or pain of people he doesn't know, or people who can't help him. But he is far from alone in that attitude, sadly.

Junior is primarily a pathological narcissist (NPD in DSM-IV) and secondarily sociopathic. He's completely manipulated, a sock puppet and front man - too intellectually lazy and emotionally ill to actually do the job of a chief executive. Cheney (the CEO) and Rumsfeld (the COO) are sociopaths, as are most of the cadre in the cabal.
