In the spirit of the Murtha-mocking "Sense of Congress" resolution that suggested an immediate withdrawal from Iraq, perhaps we could introduce a Constitutional Amendment that revokes the Constitution. And when they say they won't, we'll point out:

"You're damned right! If you want the President above the law, two-thirds of each House and three quarters of the States have to agree!"
