Depressed? as though that is an unnatural number for him? What is this crap? They just (by mistake) admitted that they think his numbers should be higher.

They're different results, though the way they were posted, it does lead to confusion. I thought it was a "pro-con" of the proposition that Bush did something bad.

I'd replace "Gallup poll 37% -63% say..." with "Gallup poll 37%. 63% say..."

5. Sorry, only so much room in a subject line...
You are correct: 37% approval rating in latest poll, and on a separate question, a combined 63% felt Bush acted illegally (21%) or unethically (42%) regarding the leak issue.
