I would bet to this day Bush* has not read the Hart-Rudman Report on terro
This Report was on his desk when he first took office January 2001 and I would bet any amount of money he has still never read it. There was another Report on his desk as well authored by Al Gore on how best to combat terrorism. Both Reports were quite extensive and thorough but Bush* never bother with either one. He went for multi-billion dollar Star War missle defense instead. I would like someone to ask him a pointed question on the contents of the Hart-Rudman report just to watch him stutter.

3. Same here. But one correction - it was handed to him a week after he took
office. The report - UNFORTUNATELY - wasn't ready yet while Clinton was still there. A two and a half year study of terrorism combined with urgent proposals for homeland security and Bush and Cheney SHELVED IT.

And no reporter wants to tell the people?

4. bush governs by delegating his responsibilities on to others
and no one watches out for one's duties and responsibilities better than oneself. when someone asked him yesterday what laws governed the paramilitaries (private security forces) in iraq since they are not governed by military laws, bush said he didn't kow, he said he would have to ask rumsfeld, and he says that is what happens when you govern by delegating ... "but, that is how i govern", he said.

all i have to say is that poppy bush took a dump on the world when he installed his sicko son and morally corrupt friend cheney and all the other con artists of the bush dump on the world, as rulers of this country.
